I got a code and had no where to put the code. I missed out on 12%. I won't be shopping here again after this. I'm not satisfied with my order. I would like my 10 or 12% discount for code SCLICK12

I ordered and paid for two shirts from Sherryys and they only sent one shirt. I reached out to them to inquire about the order and I have been ignored. They have not answered any of my emails. I have asked for a refund for the other shirt and my emails have been repeatedly ignored. Very unprofessional! Total scam! Do not order from this company because you risk not getting your full order! They will process your full payment and deliver half of your order with no explanation or follow-up!

One star is too generous. This company is a scam. They will take your money and never send your product. They advertise on Instagram like a professional company but they will not follow up with you on your order or to issue a refund for not receiving your order. They sent one email blaming COVID-19. It has been 4 months and I have not received my order for their hair oil or the refund that I requested. They will not answer any emails or Instagram inquiries. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

Pt. 2 I asked for company information so that I could pursue a refund and they told me "we are in Hong Kong and that's all you need to know." They also continued to email rude responses to my requests. DO NOT order from Hebeos! Total Scam! Merchandise does not look anything like the pictures!
The dress that I received does not look like the picture posted on the website. I requested a return and was asked to send a picture. They responded by telling me that they see no problem with the picture and that they hope I keep the dress. I initiated and requested a return/refund within the 7 days as indicated in their policy.
I asked about returns on the website chat and received no answer on the chat. I also received the dress rolled up in a ball in a plastic bag. Shameful. I'm am deeply disappointed. I want my money back and to return this tacky dress! They clearly post pictures of beautiful dresses to deceive potential customers and TRY to remake the dresses.
