Placed orders on 7/31 and 8/2. Items were not back ordered and they were in stock. They were quick to charge my account but I had to contact them to get them to ship. Received notice of shipping labels PRINTED on 8/8 and 8/12. Packages sat in their warehouse for 5 more days before they took them to the post office to be shipped. Continued to get the same generic response, no apology. Still haven't received.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order. It shouldn’t take so long to fulfill, and communication should be better.

Received order confirmation and was immediately charged. The account I created on the company's website has no indication of my order. Phone line is not being used, live chat unavailable, and they are no longer utilizing Facebook chat. I'm willing to change my review if someone contacts me by phone of the status of my order. I may need to dispute the charge on my back account.

Ordered a shirt on 1/2/20, received shipment notification on 1/3/20 and tracking number. It is now 1/15/20 and my package is still sitting at Fanatics. The tracking shows only a label was created, then hasn't moved since. They were quick to charge my card though. They offered no explanation, nor a remedy to the issue. Do not buy from Fanatics.

Tip for consumers:
But from somewhere else even if it means paying more.

Hello Jodi, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that the package was not received. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Upon review, the package was shipped on 1/3/2020. Unfortunately, when the label was created it may have either been damaged or wasn't scanned in at the sorting facility with the shipping carrier. However, you were refunded back to the method of payment. Please allow two to seven business days to reflect on your financial statement. It's been 20 days since I placed my order, and still have yet to receive. The Bible I ordered is the only thing my son asked for, for Christmas. It's been shipped, however shipping continues to get delayed. It's December 23rd, and I may not have it in time for Christmas. This is not ok.
