It's been 20 days since I placed my order, and still have yet to receive. The Bible I ordered is the only thing my son asked for, for Christmas. It's been shipped, however shipping continues to get delayed. It's December 23rd, and I may not have it in time for Christmas. This is not ok.
Hello Jodi, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that the package was not received. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Upon review, the package was shipped on 1/3/2020. Unfortunately, when the label was created it may have either been damaged or wasn't scanned in at the sorting facility with the shipping carrier. However, you were refunded back to the method of payment. Please allow two to seven business days to reflect on your financial statement.
