Please be very careful when doing business with Backdrop Source. Several months ago (July 2021) I ordered one of their Velcro Media Walls. They sent me the incorrect one. I have been trying for months to get the replacement. They have promised me 7 times that it would be delivered on the weekend. They even called me 5 weeks ago and said that I would be receiving it on the weekend. I just sent them this email in hopes of getting my money back:
"I must have my money back. It has been months since I have asked for a replacement with the correct media wall that I ordered.
You have told me multiple times that I would be getting my product on the weekend and it never came.
Five weeks ago you called me and told me I would get it on the weekend. It never came.
Why are you treating this customer so disrespectfully? Is this typical or do you have some grudge against me?
Regardless, please refund my money IMMEDIATELY. No more excuses! No more broken promises!"_______________________________
I have yet to hear back. Their Online Chat doesn't work, no one ever answers the phone. No one responds to email.
