I ordered an item recently from this business. First it was shipped to the wrong address, fine, my mistake. The same day I requested the address changed and I was bluntly denied any attempt to accommodate my simple request.

I finally got my hands on the item. Took it out of the box, and it was broken. The part was listed as new, but it had parts snapped off. Clear signs someone had damaged it. This business runs multiple websites for different car manufacturers, they drop ship items directly from the manufacturer and jack the prices up as the middleman. Their return policy is specifically written to prevent you from being able to return ANYTHING that is damaged, missing parts etc. If you do try to return something they are terse and unhelpful. You would think a company that doesn't manufacture, ship, or store the products they sell could afford to be more helpful. But no. It's designed to get your money and keep it.

Avoid them at all costs, you can do better elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
The parts they sell can be found elsewhere and more conveniently. They have terrible customer support. Their return policy is designed to not allow you to return anything.

Products used:
Nothing, the product was damaged.

The part was supposedly sent then sent back to them and now I can't get anyone in customer...

Pure malice in this busness. I ordered a part, then canceled it before it shipped. They refused...
