Bought Power Rangers 6 Pack and Blue Ranger Weapon came broken. Their customer service just sent me to a Global "Care" team because they didn't want to help me, and eventually said that team couldn't help me and forwarded me on to the next "Care" team for the manufacturer of the figures, ThreeZero. They are on New Year Holiday for the next 2 weeks and they will get back with me as soon as they can. Hasbro "apologized" and thanked me for my "understanding" which just shows that companies just throw around those words and have no meaning or action behind them.
