LexusPartsNow.com apparently does not sell OEM parts as their name would imply. I ordered the OEM part pictured on their website but did NOT receive an OEM part. I went to the Dealer and got the OEM part for almost same price and better quality. I ended up saving a few dollars since there was no shipping cost. There is a difference in the construction from the OEM part to the one from LexusPartsNow.com (pictures below). Their site says "Brand: Genuine Lexus" but the part they sent (in a Toyota/Lexus box) has a name stamped on the part that I've never seen.
I followed their instructions carefully and returned the part. I waited several weeks only to be told that they will NOT refund my money because they didn't receive the item. BULL! I have proof that they received it so I guess they keep my money and sell the part to someone else. What a sweet scam for them! LexusPartsNow.com are scammers, plain and simple.

I can't say enough good things about Local on North. It's owned by a great young couple (Salem and Gigi) and the food is always excellent, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is fun and lively yet still upscale and elegant. It's always perfect for a date night or for larger groups. They have great live music on Fri, Sat, and Sun nights. And in nice weather, my wife and I like to have dinner out on the back deck. Located in beautiful downtown Canton, you'll be glad you tried Local on North!
