One of the worst customer support and Rude person. I talked to CEO, most egoistic and rude person. Not a good company to work with. After my interaction my friends told him that sovren has a history of filing legal suits to all his customer. Specially if any one changes them they send legal notice and thats why Sovren claims no single customer has left them.

Look like this product is build by some kids and spending family money.
I have seen various products but this is biggest joke for me. I tried contacting them but no response, phone, no one picks up. Worst, product no where near to be named as product. Look like some fraud or some hobby kids who want to get some name.
