I had weeks no acces to a site I paid for. I asked to have my subscription extended with the lost time. Then the ticket was closed without answer.

This website is so useless. At 10 pm I was entering a BAS and then the system stops without warning, because in the east they are no aware that in WA it is only 10 pm.
No difference between the govt itself and their website. Why am I not surprised.
