Very slow to ship, I got frustrated waiting so long and tried to cancel the order, the order finally shipped they said I could return the unopened package to the post office and it would be shipped back to them. I returned the package to the post office, after waiting 10 days I contacted movo, they were slow to respond and said they were trying to contact their warehouse to see if they had received the package. Had I read all the poor reviews regarding movo before I ordered I would never have ordered from them.
