“Scam”

I paid for a contract for them to clear any snow more than 2 inches. I got 4 inches, and they didn't show up. They claimed I didn't get enough snow. I paid with a credit card, so I reported it to the bank who issued the card and they got the money back. I think Penguin Snow Removal is an elaborate internet scam!
