Possibly the worst eCommerce experience I've had. I purchased an "iKettle" from Fancy and when it was delivered it turned out to be UK (240v) electronics, yet nothing to that effect was listed in the product description, and this is a US site listing the product in USD.

Upon contacting customer service they avoided any apology and didn't admit anything was awry; it was appalling. Its likely that every customer who purchased this item ended up having to return it.

I previously ordered some items from them and they either arrived very late or one of the items turned out to not be available after all (even though it was in-stock when I purchased it).

This is a bizarre company that doesn't deserve to survive in my opinion.

Mixed Bag. - Try searching for a digital camera on eBay. Too much choice, and you have to wade through crap and accessories before you find anything remotely close to what you're looking for. It's impossible to disginguish new stuff from used stuff, even though that's what the user wants an what eBay can easily facilitate if it listened or cared.

The My Ebay page is a disaster - a confoluted quagmire that tells me everything but what I want to know.

Still a good place to shop for records, especially rare and hard to find ones.

Anyway, a mixed bag. Consider how much time you waste on eBay, even if you do end up getting something close to what you want.

Great Money Management Tool - I really like Mint. The user interace is great, and very user friendly. I got my credit cards and back account up and running in no time.

Only gripes so far is that I can't seem to apply my student loan or 401k loan, the data always seems a couple of days old/stale and the recommendations/savings stuff so far is a bit inane and off target.

Still, I get great visibilty into my finances. Recommended, especially because it's free.

Great site for pricing wine - I use WineZap as a great resource for pricing wine. I sometimes buy from the site (looking for best price on a rare older vintage wine), or sometimes just use it as a sanity check for local prices.

For expensive wine, it can make a lot of sense to buy via winezap because if you buy out of state, the shipping can be less than the tax (were you to buy locally).
