Weeks after you pay for items, this company cancels and refunds several items out of your order. Customers are routinely receiving items more than 3 weeks, even more than a month, after they ordered their items-not at all within the advertised time frame at time of purchase - which is illegal. Many items damaged, not as described, and their return system does not work. They do not respond to emails in a reasonable time frame, if at all. What to do? The BBB has no teeth. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission (just google FTC report fraud), the Illinois Attorney General, and file a chargeback with your credit card company. And spread the word.

Tip for consumers:
Know your rights. When you don't get the items you ordered in the advertised time frame, or they cancel items after you paid for them, they don't issue refunds on time, report them to the Federal Trade Commission, the Illinois Attorney General, and tell others about their rights.
