The worst customer service I have ever received from a games company.
A month since I placed my order and it's not been delivered.
They simply ignored my messages until I copy and pasted my experience on to their Facebook page, where other customers might see it.
Then I miraculously got a reply.
Not a "So sorry, we missed your messages, we'll get right on it."
Nope, apparently it's my fault because I don't subscribe to their newsletter.
I know I'm not alone in getting awful service from Hasslefree. This isn't the first time I've had this experience with them either.
Needless to say it will be the last...
