These folks are great! We had a giant nest of yellow jackets that had made a home in a planter by our front door. It got to the point where it was getting hard to get into the house through that door. We called Pike Pest in Zebulon and they were out to solve the problem the next day. TJ and his sister came out in their bee suits and loaded the planter into their truck. The yellow jackets were everywhere. The cat was jumping at the window trying to get into the act. They sprayed the area for residual insects and said to stay clear for a few hours. They also said they would check in after a day or so to see if all was OK. You couldn't ask for better service. It's so nice to see people who can still do a great job in todays times! Oh yes, and the price was right too.

This restaurant replaced an old restaurant (The Pirate Deck) in Zebulon, Ga. The interior was nicely remodeled with a beautiful floor and upgraded interior. A persons first impression is made walking through the door. As we entered, we started toward a seat and a seater/waitress stopped us and said she would seat us. She asked if we wanted a booth and we said yes. She took us to a half booth with a booth back and two chairs. My wife has back problems and I explained this and asked if we could have a regular booth. You would have thought I had asked for a free meal. She was snippy and didn't seem to want to accommodate us. I said, "This isn't the end of the world" and she mumbled something in reply. This pretty well set the stage for our impression of the place. A different waitress took our order and was very pleasant. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries like this..." I'd like a cheeseburger with just mustard and ketchup and cheese of course and an order of crispy french fries." The wait was acceptable. The cheeseburger arrived with no cheese, no mustard and no ketchup. The french fries were just warm and definitely not crispy. I had to send it back and a piece of cold cheese was put on it and redelivered. The is not good service for a $40.00 plus tip meal (includes my wife's catfish). I doubt that we will be returning but I wish them luck in their business...they will probably need it!

I used this program in 2015 then again in 2022 going from Win10 to 11 on a new computer. As a repeat customer, I was given a discount on the purchase price. It is easy to use and does a great job. Highly recommend!
Update: The transfer of data from Win 10 to 11 did not work. The program froze after many hours and would never complete. I tried it twice and gave up. I would only give this program 3 stars based only on my 2015 experience. Zinstall appears to have a "no refund" policy or it is hidden so deep you can't find it. It was a lot of money to spend for nothing. Ended up rebuilding all my data from scratch. Disappointed!

Tip for consumers:
Investigate other data migration programs or ideas.

First, lets talk about online ordering. As you fill out the order form and then if you decide not to buy a screen pops up offering you a 10% discount. This is a bit cheesy as I think they should just lower the price 10% for everyone from the start. OK, after running the debit card, the download is simple and straight forward. You get a key that activates the downloaded "trial version".

My issue was that Windows 10 Update would error out with code 0x*******c1. This resulted in failing to get any updates. I tried many of the Microsoft "fixes" to no avail. I read a lot of reviews on Restoro and even read one that said it would fix the update problem. So, I decided to buy it (with the 10% discount).

I ran Restoro and it did NOT fix the Win 10 Update issue. I ran it again with the same result. So, unless Restoro fixed some other issues that were not giving me any grief anyway, I'll have to say it was a waste of money. I read their return policy and it was so troublesome that I figured it wasn't worth all the headache to get my $37 back. My opinion is save your money and don't buy Restoro!

Update 5/3/2022: Well, I tried Restoro one more time with no fix. I decided to try the "refund" process they offer for 60 days. The only thing I received was an automated response saying they would get back to me... NOT. The refund process is so cumbersome that by all the time you wasted trying to utilize it, you almost want to pay them to be done with it. I might as well have thrown $37 out the car window.
Solution: I used a program I already had called AOMEI Backupper and cloned the operating system from an older disk drive to the SSD drive that was corrupted.

Final thoughts: This program was a complete waste of money for me. From questionable purchasing practice (10% discount hook) to their 60 day refund policy (almost impossible to complete in any sort of timely manner), all you end up with is a waste of your time and the same problem you had to begin with.

Update 5/4/2022: I will upgrade my review on Restoros customer service. After filing a complaint ticket with them, I received an email saying they will refund my purchase price. It is, however, interesting how the money is almost instantly taken from your account at time of purchase but the refund can take up to two billing cycles to be replaced. Oh well, thanks for the refund!

Purchased my second pair (first pair a year earlier) of Ray Ban prescription glasses. These glasses retail at $794. I had been in for my eye exam in April and was told that the exam was good for 6 months so there was no rush to get the glasses ordered. Ordered them in early September. When they came in, the distance vision was blurry and worse than my old pair of glasses. I was told to wear them for a bit till I "got used to them". After a week, they were the same. My old glasses were OK with the distance vision so I asked them to remake the lenses using the old prescription for the distance and the new prescription for the near vision. They said "no can do". Told me the prescription was only good for 60 days and I would need another eye exam. Said she would check to see what could be done and call me in an hour or two. Never heard from them. As a helicopter pilot, these glasses are basically worthless. Outrageous! I am through with Takle Eye Clinic. They have lost me for future cataract surgery and lost my wife as a patient also. Think TWICE before doing business with these folks!

Update: I received a bill from Takle in April 2022 for $600+ dollars! I couldn't believe it. The insurance was run at time of purchase and the account paid in full. It took several phone calls to straighten this out. I asked how they came up with me owing them money and they said it was because of the Corona Virus.

I bought three major items from these folks for a new home.

1) Custom "barn style" roller glass shower door.
2) Custom shelves for three closets.
3) Custom mirrors for three bathrooms.

Shower door... four guys showed up to install the shower door. I thought, "Wow, this is great". After installation the following errors were made.
1) Glass sliding door and fixed glass panel were not flush with either wall although at purchase time I was advised that the glass would be cut to conform to the wall. After installation, I was told that the builder should have ensured the walls were plumb during construction. I had to install a custom "U" channel for the shower door to slide into and an "L" channel below the sliding door to stop water from flowing onto the floor. Did they help with any of this? Not a chance!
2) One of the "barn door style" double rollers did not contact the bar that it rolls on. The installer said it was a simple adjustment but they never came back out to make the adjustment. I had to finally get it fixed elsewhere. The stop for the shower door was adjusted incorrectly so the door slammed into the wall without hitting the stop. Had to adjust this myself as they would not address the problem.
3) The gap between the sliding and fixed door requires two CRL Shower Door Polycarbonate with 90 degree 7/8" Long Vinyl Fin Seal for 3/8" Glass pieces to stop water from pouring out on the floor. I was told that since my shower only has one shower head, I didn't need it. Well, the shower has four heads and does need it. I am still trying to get the parts from them (after 4 months) and get a continual run around. These parts are available on Amazon with 2 day delivery. I advised them of this and they said I would probably get the wrong part, let them do it. Great service as they have done nothing yet and absolutely NO communication!

Shelves... a guy shows up at 6:00pm on a Friday with no prior coordination after numerous calls asking when they would be out to install the shelves. He was dead tired and said the shelves probably would not look good and he did not have the correct parts to install them anyway. I asked him to take the weekend off and try to get it together for installation next week. He went back to his company and said I ran him off! At a later date, a different guy came out and installed the shelves. After putting about 40 "T" shirts on an upper shelf, I opened the closet door to see the shelf on the floor after having pulled out from the wall. Another (different) team shows up later and said it was installer error. They finally installed the shelves correctly.

Custom mirrors... this surprisingly, went smoothly with no errors.

After repeated phone calls to correct the errors, I finally gave up on Custom Glass Atlanta as I never heard from them. I will order the shower parts from Amazon and be done with it. Use these people at your own risk as there is absolutely NO followup after you pay the bill.

An online request was sent asking for a female salesperson to provide me with an out the door price on a 15 Cadillac XTS Platinum stock number 2080A. I said I would do my own registration, tag, ad valorem, etc. i was ready to buy the car and they wouldnt even respond to my query. I guess they either have no women salespeople or are to macho and got their feelings hurt. Idiots and lost an easy sale. Maybe thats why the car has been on the lot since the fall of 2017!

I have been trying to sign up for gas buddy for three months. The first card would not work with the pin and my personal information was incorrect. The second card never got verified and I could never get in touch with anyone to help me. Many phone calls and left messages with my return number but got nothing from gas buddy. I am through wasting my time with this ridiculous "service". I will stick with the grocery stores discount gas!
