I worked for this company and they Train the reps to charge ridiculous prices and provide little service. The Techs that come out to perform the work are poorly trained and not even close to being qualified to do any kind of Carpentry work. They will get on your roof to check plumbing stacks and T-Vents and break tiles, but will not fix or replace them. Also the continuously violate OSHA safety by having people performing work on your roof without being tied off with a harness. If they fall off your roof you can be held liable. They train their reps to sell by fear to get you to sign the contract, but wont guarantee their work unless you sign up on their recurring monthly program which can be from 89.00 - 129.00. Signing up for a recurring program allows them to set up bait stations on your property and come back monthly to check them and treat your property for rodents or pests they continuously lure to your property by setting up their bait stations.
