Purchased 8 Victorian Brass Scroll Door Handles. Checked with seller that their illustration of product sizes were correct, they agreed. Ordered products, when they arrived the door handles were smaller than illustrated, the order was wrong and the quality poor. Asked for a return, Return label's could not be scanned at Post Office, had to pay for return, but informed seller and sent proof of postage. Received refund on Goods, Seller refused to pay for Return Postage. Says it all.!

Dropped off parcel destination New Zealand, which was picked up that day. They sent me tracking details, lasted 3 days then nothing. Making contact is a nightmare, in the end had to ring New Zealand twice to see if parcel had been delivered. Tried web chat which eventually confirmed parcel had been delivered. Very disappointed wont use again. NO facility to make a complaint, disgusted.

Purchased a Marko Pressure Sprayer 8 ltr, used twice then found it would not function. The problem a small internal washer had degraded. Made a pleasant enquiry asking if they could supply the broken part. There reply: " your item has reached its 30 day fit for purpose policy and we can no longer take action.& nbsp;"
Nbsp ( google it) rather disgusting for Customer Services, which says it all.!

Been a regular customer for years, but had my eyes opened when I complained about a product.
Purchased a 5 piece Sabatier Knife Set from Dunelm, which had a 25 yr Guarantee. Tried contacting Dunelm, about the knives which were showing signs of cracking on the handles after 10 months use.

5 phone calls and 2 emails later, they informed me that it was not their problem, products only covered for 12months, and to contact Sabatier direct, they were not interested. Not their problem after 12months.?

I contacted Sabatier UK who were very helpful but they pointed out that there were 7 suppliers of Sabatier. Past this back onto Dunelm who thought the supplier might be Judges. I expressed my disgust, only to be told again their guarantee is for 12 months only, and they thought they had tried to help. This really was a laugh. Just lost a customer for good.

After being delighted with Kenwood Products, purchased a Kenwood Microwave. On trying to register warranty, Kenwwod informed me they did not manufacture this Microwave, or have anything to do with it. It is manufactuered by Currys under Licence.
Really disappointed, quality not as Good. Currys agreed with Kenwood, and said the Warranty was my Receipt. NO mention anywhere that it was not a Kenwood Product. Disgusted.

Switched last Dec 2016, niggling admin problems which won't go away, Customer Services contantly making excuses, and blaming the I. T systems which don't get sorted. Gas Readings sent in monthly but for the past 3 months not verified, still on estimated readings, the reason, I. T. System. Really disappointed, won't be renewing contract, will switch to a Provider who Care for their Customers.

Recent visit to Notcutts Ashton -under -Lyne

Used to be a Regular at Notcutts, but the service and quality in the Cafe has just gone slowly downwards. Returned coffee 5 times in past couple of months, as its not hot, food quality has dropped, along with the service. New staff not at all friendly.

Toilets didn't even have any hand dryer facilities.!

Sent four emails complaining to Notcutts Customer Services, NOT ONE REPLY, says it all.

Purchased a Magnetic Ipad Pro Cover Dec 2016, with 12month Guarantee. After 6 months leather beading on the front started splitting. Contacted Icom32,4 emails later. No Reply. Says it all!

Purchased a Cooling Cashmere Memory Foam Mattress from Karpe Deal. When the mattress arrived in a vacuum pack, a sticker on the side clearly stated that goods couldn't be retuned if opened. So how do you check Goods.? All the instructions and Guarantee were in Spanish.

Tried the mattress one night, NOT Super Cool as advertised but Very warm, and Very firm not Super-Soft as advertised.

Contacted KarpeDeal who didn't address my complaints only said I could return goods, at my cost, but no support on where to return product etc?

Very, very disgusted.

Really disappointed with GoGroopie looking at legal action.

Took a 3 month old JVC radio/ CD in for repair after JVC wouldn't honour guarantee. Received Excellent Service, very polite, and professional. They rang after 2 days to say the product repaired. First Rate Job, very reasonable price, would highly recommend their skills and Service. Many Thanks

Booked a hotel in Crete, information stated pay at the Hotel on arrival. FUll amount deducted from my account in 24hrs. Tried every way to query this, via email etc, but had NO answer. Absolutley disgusted with their site. There are just NOT INTERESTED in their Customers.
