I've found their customer service to be really helpful. I ordered three products from their website and received all of them in two weeks. The quality of the products was great but I ended up returning one of them because the package was completely damaged and that was supposed to be a gift. Their customer service answered all my questions during the process and still refunded me. I think I would buy from them again.
I had a problem with my subscription and I emailed them for many times. They always only send me auto-generated emails and I never got my problem solved.

This website is a scam. My account was suspended despite following all the rules. I even sold one...
I sold 7 pictures in sept 2021 still they paid only $1 - $0.15(TAX)= $0.85 only for all pictures....
