I've bought several products from them which arent cheap. The quality is usually good, but they let themselves down at the final hurdle.
I recently purchased an Apple Watch band as a Christmas present for my partner, which was shipped with a faulty tool which means we cant adjust the band by removing the links. I've sent several emails with pictures of the tool I received compared to a tool that looks different based on their website, and they couldn't understand what was wrong.
I also bought a Base Station as a gift last year that shipped without the Australian plug, which again meant it could not be used for weeks until the plug was delivered.
I'm not sure what's going on, but their customer service is terrible. At least last year, I was able to get the issue resolved. Now they have stopped responding to my emails.
