If I could give zero stars I would. I have recieved incredibly poor customer service and overall have had an incredibly negative experience. I was supposed to receive my package three/four weeks ago already and have made more than several attempts to contact customer support to ask where my order is or if I'm going to actually receive it. NO ONE has gotten back to me and it has been weeks. I'm beginning to think that all of the reviews saying this site is a scam are right because I am just getting increasingly sketched out at the fact that they took my money and REFUSE to respond to me in any way. I also tried to get a refund so I can shop at a different shop and was given a notification saying that's not possible. I want my product that I PAID FOR. I don't understand how they can take your money and not give you the product. My order is ******* and I purchased almost $300 worth of items I'm now very much regretting. This has been an incredible hassle.

Tip for consumers:
They are a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE SITE!

Products used:
None because I purchased them and the site refuses to deliver them. I have yet to even be able to get a response from their team as to why they haven’t shipped out my items but they have charged me for them.

Hi Jordynn,

Sorry for replying late and the inconvenience this might cause. I guess that you might not find the email about the status of your order. Actually, when you placed the order, there were two items that cannot be shipped immediately because they are pre-sold items. For now, only the ring is still out of stock. It is expected to be available from October 12th to 19th.

Normally we'll ship the items together when they are both ready, if you'd like to receive the available items first, pls let us know your opinion via email. Thanks a lot for your understanding and time.
