First the send you a nireply confirmation. Then they will not cancel. Act like I deserve to not be heard and they ignore all request to cancel. Then they post to your credit card. Now my only option is to wait to receive and return. Bad business, bad customer service, bad policies. Would never try to buy from them. Nothing but a heartache

This is the worst customer service ever. They have stolen my money on an order that was immediately canceled. They would not cancel though is was within a few minutes.
