First day I took just 1 pill to see how it worked for me before my morning cardio session and was amazed at the boost in energy. Stunningly I didn't feel the energy creep up on me. I had a nice buzz energy till 5 or 6pm no crash.
Now the Second day I thought I'd try 2 capsules before my cardio and weight training. Holy Smokes I have never sweated so much in my life. Great energy intense session and not hungry at all. MAXTRIM gets 5 stars in my book!
