8 months of membership consisted of daily harassing emails and text messages informing every member of alleged "money earned". The actual money is nonexistent. There is no way to Cash out any alleged money elicited on the app. After 8 months of harassment, there is no money and its a hoax purported to acquire the e-mail Contacts of anytime who signs up for the app in an attempt to perform informative research on Contact information and personal connection information gathering.

Customer service is going to lure you to subscribe to a $20 per month membership by offering a 2 week subscription for $2. They manage their clients are certified by making them pay a $24 fee to have a background check done. Can't afford it? They let them go to dumb suckers homes until they pay to have the background check done, putting at risk everyone who desperately needs work done, but the site is greedy.
When you attempt to log in, you can use the same password and username, and even change it and immediately enter it precisely as you chanted it AND use copy and paste to do so, and their service will block your access. This sequence of events occurred to me on two different occasions and instead of fixing the issue, the staff member not only terminated my account, she blocked my ability to sign up again from my phone number and email address. When I requested a refund for the services they never provided me with, and received no response after 2 weeks in email or phone call, I know giving them any money was a huge mistake and regret doing so. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! THEY TAKE YOUR FINANCIAL INFO AND DON'T PROVIDE SERVICES AND DON'T PROVIDE REFUNDS WHEN YOU SHOW THEM HOW BADLY THEY ARE SCREWING UP!

You are a premium member paying over $20 per month, but the site Does not link your accounts to give you an accurate service rendering. They monitor your Facebook presence... That's it. You can't link your account to Linked In, Google+, Twitter, YouTube, or any social media sites they advertise to help you monitor. There is zero way to stop them from charging your Credit card and debut cars any amount without terminating your bank or waiting for their glacier slow staff to respond to any requests. It's been over 24 hours and is now Friday morning and no contract has been made On their behalf in response to my account concerns and termination requests and demands because of both issues. Horribly pissed off with the lack of accuracy in their services provided And do not recommend this site TO ANYONE!

After a month of my Asskissing to their Customer Service team, begging for a response on their Facebook and Instagram, and even then saying they escalated any issue to their "Teams", my Facebook and Instagram was blocked AND I was told that I was not welcome to have an account with them. The entire situation, caused by one of their rude and man-hating staff members had angered me in her ignorant response to demand an answer so I might fix the issue and make it right. Instead, they decide to attempt to block me on all channels to paint me as the bad guy. I'm instead going to screenshot all the conversations on my emails with them, and on Facebook and Instagram and blast it online. It's not over.
