It was a bit of a hassle communicating with Radical Fingerboard to sort out a warranty issue. But happy to say that they kept their word. So I have to change my review to reflect that.
Put the "new" wheel that was sent on fingerboard and none of them spin freely. Not going to bother trying to send them back and get new ones. It was a struggle to get them to begin with. Going to shop somewhere else
Bought a Berlinwood - Flatface Crystal Complete Set last Friday. On Monday the front wheels stop spinning freely and the back ones felt a bit of a grind. Emailed Radical Fingerboards that Monday no reply, email them again on Wednesday still no reply. On Friday I email them again still no reply, left bad review half an hour later they reply asking me to remove my negative review. I refused and now they are ignoring me. So disappointed with their after sales care, You spend $170 dollar on a Fingerboard the wheels don't last more then 4 days and Radical fingerboards care more about the negative review then fixing the issue.
