That lastminutes failed to book the hotel i had already paid. They confirmed me these booking done. But it was never booked. I am seriously asking that refund as soon as possible

I will never book any lastminute because they never booked the hotels even though they advertised the hotels that have no business connection with. I arrived the hotel and they told me it were never booked. I am prepared to take action again the lastminute
I sent them email asking for refund. They never replied back but still they withdrawal my account. They have to refund what they took away
