Do not hire this law group, they are disrespectful unprofessional, lack communication skills, unresponsive, and the entire office staff has a toxic work culture and environment! Don't be fooled by the low price it will cost you more in stress, energy, and money when you have to fire them and lose your retainer as I did! Zero stars!

1- I hired them to represent me on the home purchase. I never meet any lawyer or paralegal regarding my case. I never once spoke with any lawyer after numerous requests to do so. They never CCed me on any emails with all parties involved regarding the property of sale closing. They would not return my phone calls they delayed my paperwork. They would respond in emails with all capital letters as if their shouting at me. They mimic and mocked me, spoke extremely disrespectfully, and threatened me with physical harm. This happened with 2 in-person visits a many emails and phone calls over 4 months.

2- Zurab Vasadze, paralegal-
I meet him on my first visit to the office which I had to go in person because I needed them to process my paperwork so I could submit a counteroffer to go into contract on a property after they Ignored my phone calls, my emails, and my requests for this to be done promptly.
When I walked into the office and requested to speak to my paralegal, because they were ignoring my request to speak over the phone, he proceeded to walk towards me in a very aggressive manner, yelling at me, threatening me with physical bodily harm, cursing and threatening to call the police because I was requesting my paperwork to be processed before 5 o'clock. The office manager finally came out, was able to have that man pushed away into a back office, and made him leave. The office manager pulled my file, within a matter of 10 minutes my paperwork was done, and I was able to submit it for a counteroffer. I told her before I left to have the lawyer call me and I want to have a meeting about what just took place. They took Zurab off my case and replaced him with Soleil Vera, the paralegal.

2- Soleil Vera, paralegal, and Silvia, office manager both screaming and yelling, personal insults, mocking and threatening me. After sending emails and phone calls throughout the morning asking Soleil to call me because I had a list of questions that need to be answered. When I called the front desk to let them know I was coming in for in personal meeting because they were avoiding my emails and my phone calls I was mocked and mimicked by the girl receptionist, and I was told Saleil was busy in a meeting. When I arrived they told me she was in a meeting, which was a lie, then Silvia came out and told me that Soleil would be busy all afternoon and I could talk to her, I told her the questions I had needed to be answered by the lawyer if not the paralegal, and we can do a conference call if that works. She walked away and refuse to have a conversation so then I fired them, that's when Soleil popped her head up from her cubicle and started insulting me and Silvia joining in on the verbal abuse. I demanded a copy of my paperwork, which they refuse to give me so I refuse to leave until I was given my paperwork, and another man came out from the back and gave it to me. I hired a new lawyer on the spot and left the office.

I will make a formal complaint against his law office with New York State and City.

I froze my account with green chef because it did not give me the option to cancel the account at that moment. Six weeks later on Feb 20 2023 I was charged for a box I did not request or receive and I received a second box on March 3 2023 that I did not request. I called to request a refund and they were rude and refuse to refund my account. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend everyone stay away because of the bad business practices. I did dispute the charges with my bank.

Don't use this company they don't let you cancel and won't respond to your emails to do so. There no way to contact them by Phone or online.

I had a motorcycle insurance with them and my bike got stolen and they don't want to pay out the claim. They are very unprofessional & disrespectful. Never expected this kind of treatment from any insurance company.

I book a fight and 24 hr later the they sent me an email canceling my reservation after I paid in full and they gave me a confirmation code, we I called to complain they said that the airline canceled the fight but that they can get me the same fight but I had to pay I higher price,, everybody I spoke to at customer service spoke nasty & rude,, they would hang up the phone & refused to let me speak to a supervisor & refused to give me a number so I can file a complaint, NOW THEY WONT CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE CANCELD RESERVATION BUT MY CREDIT CARD BLOCK THE CHARGE AND I HAVE THE PROF, SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND USE A DIFFERENT WEBSITE WITH A TRUSTED HISTORY,

STAY AWAY, THEY DID NOT DELIVER A PRO[ER FORMATED PAPER AFTER A WEEK LATE AND TONS OF REVISION, STILL THE PAPER HAD NO THESIS AND TON OF ERRORS, WHEN I CALL TO COMPLAIN, THEY WERE VERY NASTY TO ME, HANGING UP THE PHONE AND LIED ABOUT WHEN MY PAPER WOULD BE READY, I USE THEM 3X AND ALL 3 PAPER WHERE BAD BUT THIS LAST TIME WAS THE FINAL STRAW. THEY SAY 100% MONEY BACK BUT NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY AFTER THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THEY WERE AT FAULT, they didn't even know how to use proper MLA format, THIS HORRIBLE COMPLY IS TRYING TO HAVE MY REVIEW TAKEN DOWN, NOW THEY R LYING & SAYING I NEVER ORDER THE PAPER, I HAVE MY PROFF AND WILL SHARE WITH ANYBODY WHO WANTS A COPY OF HOW BAD THEY WRITE, MESSAGE ME AND I WILL SEND & SHARE ON EVERY WEBSITE TILL THIS COMPANY GO's OUT OF BUSINESS, JOKE IS ON THEM I CALL MY CREDIT CARD AND BLOCKED THE CHARGE, AFTER TRYING TO GET THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME 100% REFUND AND THEY LIED AND SAID THEY WOULD BUT THEN THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL DEINING MY 100% REFUND,, RUN TO A DIFFERENT WEBSITE Nathan Brown Martin StanleyNasty lying supervisor
