Order process was very easy, but if there is some problem, it will be real problem.
Placed an order and found the part number was wrong (my fault), then called back 2 hours later to cancel the order, they said the package was not shipped and would cancel the order. It was so nice and I placed a new order with the right part number, five minutes later, an email came: Unfortunately we were not able to cancel order. It was picked up by UPS an hour ago, wow! The warehouse is in Chicago, the order was placed at 11:44 AM EST, if what they said was true, the pickup time was before 12:20 PM EST, UPS was running so fast like a bunny for a Ground shipment, and UPS tracking was the package could not be located, called again and emailed them again, blablabla, the cancel request was rejected. Finally, at 6:46 PM EST, tracking status was changed to Order Processed: Ready for UPS that means picked up.
With my experience and after reading the negative reviews about how hard it was to return the package, I think I should keep the wrong item; $40 is not worth a lot of time and I do not want to deal with Controls Central employees anymore.
