The worst! It took them from November to mid January to respond and when they finally set up an appointment to repair our fridge, they told us to remove everything in it because they only sent 1 man and they couldn't move it. Fine - we removed all items (took them downstairs to the garage fridge) and then they didn't show up and didn't call. When I contacted them the next day, they said they'd be out, and again we were told to remove items. Again, they didn't show or call. When I called the number I had, I was given a bunch of lies, that the part didn't come in, and then later in the conversation he said he didn't have time to get parts, then he said he was going away for a week and the parts were in his truck and he'd see me in a couple of weeks. Which one was the truth?

Well... if you think THAT'S bad, wait till you hear this! I called the company and explained the issue, and that my warranty company sent me to them. The guy had attitude and said "THEY work for US, we don't work for them!" ok, well, I said "I honestly don't care, I just know I have a warranty, I was referred to you, and I need my fridge fixed" The guy refused to give me his name and said "I don't like this", when I asked for his name. Wow. Then he said he was going to transfer me to the Service Manager. After sitting on hold for a long time, he came back and said "The Service Manager doesn't want to speak with you." AND HE HUNG UP!

I wouldn't now feel comfortable trusting them at all. Besides, if they are that independent, they don't need my business!

Tip for consumers:
Find another company and check all their reviews. You'll learn a lot.

You have no record of me, eh? What about complaint number ******* on your records!

How about 3 years of calling you and hours of explaining the $140,000.00 disaster from the referral you sent me! You make me laugh that you are "sorry". That's NOT TRUE! The only thing or " help" I got from you is a couple of calls to see if you could expedite a kitchen remodel that was now going past its 3 year mark! The so-called " great referral" STOLE a contractors license AND forged my initials on my checks made out to his company name, as he wrote it on his contract with us, so he could cash the checks for himself! Your customers NEED TO KNOW that you know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the people you refer. Whatever " background check" you do has NOTHING to do with the verification of the persons qualifications. All you're looking for is the money you get for every name you refer to your so-called " professionals". Did you really think someone wouldn't figure that out after an experience like this, then my continuing nightmare that you were aware of and you STILL refer this person! You have absolutely no pride in what you do. You're just greedy. Those are the facts. The file you have from this project, including pictures must be at least 2 inches thick. You did nothing but ADD TO MY AGGRAVATION!

After all the messages and emails I sent to you over a 3 year period where the response was no more than " you probably have to hire an attorney ". Well... after using Home Advisor WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO USE AN ATTORNEY.

Your company is a disgrace. It is also apparent that many others have experienced a nightmare after using your referrals. Don't take my word for it... read them yourself!

It is clear to me that this company (owner Colene Fisher) is a dishonest breeder. What we ordered and what she sold to me and even put in writing was totally different than what I received. I'll make it real simple. I ordered a Red (I believe the color is called Flame) Toy Poodle. He was suppose to be no larger than 3-4 pounds and no taller than 10 inches at the shoulder. First of all he's NOT over weight at all and weighs in at 11 pounds! His body dimensions are all off - his legs are too short for his length and his teeth appear to be so large that I'm sure somewhere his parents were something other than Toy size. His personality although very intelligent, is hyper-active. He's been trained professionally and even after training, I've been told to not even give him to a kennel because he bites and I'd have that on my conscience. With training, love and kindness, he still needs to be on medication to not be so wild that he disrupts the entire household. This is our 4th dog. We've had a standard poodle, a Siberian husky, a Wheaten Terrier and have never, ever had an experience like this one. I tried calling and speaking with Colene, to explain to her what I am experiencing, and ask a few questions about whether she has had any other experiences like this. She got very insulted and instead of being compassionate she actually hung up on me! In order to give her the benefit of a doubt, I wrote her a letter, explaining that I really only wanted her recommendation and that I would give her a couple of weeks to write me back if she didn't want to talk and I provided my email address. She must know she's selling mixed breeds as pure-bread dogs and charging full "high-end" prices to match her lies and that's why she hung up and never responded back to my letter... otherwise, why wouldn't she have the kindness to respond? This dog has caused us nothing but aggravation and I've been warned by 3 trainers plus my vet that it is dangerous to have him in the company of outsiders at any time, because since he does bite (even when on meds!) we would be responsible. That's not the only issue either, because as I explained at the beginning his body is nothing at all like a pedigree Toy Poodle, nor are his teeth the right size and his weight is 7 full pounds greater than I was promised! Good luck to you if you purchase from this place! They have no conscience.

You can't get any more dishonest than this company. First they had no problem taking my $1100. 00 for a fireplace that was ILLEGAL TO SELL in the state of California. Then when I returned it, they claimed that it came in pieces and wasn't packed correctly. Really? I returned one of the two boxes completely unopened and the second was packed exactly the way they sent it to me. It couldn't have been sent any differently! The manager wouldn't even speak with me. I charged it back, and they wrote a letter stating that their items weren't repacked correctly and hence the heavy weight steel grate and logs returned to them in pieces. Wow! Such lies! Again, I never even opened one of the two boxes and that should have been completely obvious to them as the tape was never broken, next, they other box was repacked precisely as they sent it. Finally, UPS would never have taken two large boxes that were smashed and crushed enough to break a heavy metal grate into pieces. Geez! Instead of dealing with UPS it's easier for them to keep my money and lie to my credit card company. If you're wise you'll be wary!
