Ordered crackers received rancid cracker dust:
How can a company like this still be in business? I ordered two bags of crackers, opened the box that they were crammed into to find out they were merely dust. I tasted both bags and they both tasted rancid. When I brought up the fact that the bags were crammed into a small box AND tasted rancid( both two points that have nothing to do with the crackers being in small bits and pieces) The " customer service agent" Vivian Phan never responded. I then sent a few more inquiries and was completely ignored.
The customer service agent( I say customer service loosely) because she was useless told me that since the sell by date was still valid that my return would not be honored. Also she pointed out they have a policy on their website that states they will not be responsible for refunding any crackers due to them breaking down during transit. I'm sure she's got that policy and cut copy and paste for all of the angry customer she has to respond to!
What a copout, I know it wasn't transit that created this rancid cracker dust.
Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company, they stole my money.
Bad business I hope they go under soon!
