This time i have to return two things, the self-help return system in their website DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, i kept rescheduling but no courier email confirms, no one gives a $#*! your schedule in that page says. You HAVE TO call the farfetch phone and it took FOREVER to be picked up, when they do pick up, they are not helpful at all. Instead of apologizing to you, they asked me to contact the courier themselves so that i can schedule a pickup- where the label is owned by FarFetch! It is impossible to do that, really. This is THE WORST you could imagine. Don't shop here. Shop at SSENSE, better taste, better price, better service.
