I paid the full price for my site to be designed and hosted. After it was completed, the site went live for approximately 3 days, then was gone. You could not connect to the page and an error screen popped up when the web address was typed in. I literally left over 20 messages (via email and phone) to no avail or response.
ALSO, part of the package was a pack of business cards that did arrive in the mail months after they promised but were not usable. The cards had uneven edges and the graphics were crooked on the card. Looked like a middle school project.
Needless to say, I cut my losses and moved on to another company that was DOMESTIC. Despite their Alabama address on the website, Logoloft is clearly not in the US. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY. I lost over $1100 with them because I didn't do my due diligence in researching them beforehand.
