I go notice I missed a payment. After 25 minutes holding no one answers. Went to web sight to pay they won't let me just pay the one payment hey want three payments. Still trying to get someone on there web sight to answer me. I hate company's who take your money and there customer service sucks. I don't like being held hostage being made to pay three months because something happened to one month. How crappy can you treat a customer who has not been late in years? If I had known they would be like this I would have never. How hard will it be for family to collect when I am dead. I suggest getting your own personal contact with insurance company's or don't use them.

Tip for consumers:
Ask lots of questions and make sure you have direct numbers and contact info for problems or collecting the money
