Worst company I've ever dealt with!
It is not as easy as it seems getting back to airport. Read fine print - that's where I went wrong!
Customer service is HORRENDOUS!
The people on the phone tellyou they'll refund you but when you get home and write to them they deny having said this!
Be careful if you miss your bus, they don't allow you on another one. There is no compromise whatsoever. Cost me almost £100 quid to get to the airport. Arrived 7 minutes early to see the bus driving OFF. Don't go by the timetable!
The taxi driver says this happens often. So BE AWARE FOLKS
