I ordered a cell phone holder for my car CD player, and after using it 2 times, it broke. I requested a replacement, which took a while to receive, and it broke too (same spot) after very little use! It also broke my CD player, and they refused to give me credit! Obviously, it is a design fault. I wrote many emails and they refused to give me credit. I should have asked them to replace my CD player too! I dont like a company that does not stand behind their product and lies. I wrote many emails and they refuse to give me credit. The phone number is a FAX number! I guess they dont want to talk to customers. I could write to them, but I dont want to waste anymore of my time with them. This is a BAD company to do business with, and I was a repeat customer. Dont order from them unless you dont care about a refund for BAD products. A ONE RATING IS TOO HIGH FOR THEIVES!

I was surprised to actually receive a refund for the item ordered for Christmas that I did not receive. I had hoped to avoid a refund and still get what I ordered, but there was no communication. First email response said I was refunded. NOT! Second email I sent about never receiving my refund, they sent a refund to my bank. I dont like that there is no phone number and that they use a third party to deliver to save cost. I would prefer to pay more for a better delivery service and a choice of service.
