Prompt, efficient service. This online business provides the goods at reasonable prices. I ordered elastic and it is top quality. We are making 500 masks for firefighters so quality is very important. The follow through service is very good too. Mandala Crafts is definitely on my list of favorites!

Tip for consumers:
The store communicates well. Encourage this by responding with them!

Products used:
I purchased 1/4" elastic for masks.

Their website has everything you need shop online for pickup or just make a grocery list for in-store shopping. There is always a great range of digital coupons & member savings. Some are tailored to your purchases so it's worth getting their membership. The chain has really expanded its community outreach during the social restrictions. Kroger has added employees to meet health guidelines and adjusted to the wide changes in how people shop. My Kroger is in North Augusta, SC and it is awesome!

Tip for consumers:
Become a Kroger member. It opens up so much savings at no cost to you.

I lean toward the Kroger brands because of quality and cost. I've found the hundred or so I've bought are usually better than or at least equal to the higher 'name' brands. Each store has options to change prices depending on competition nearby. They have some really amazing sales too!

I have ordered online from Joanns seventeen times. Until recently my orders were always ready in 1-2 days. They take longer now due to high demand. Four of my orders were cancelled because the stuff sold out. Joanns updates every customer on online order staus, if you provide contact info. I'm always sent emails when the order is received, in process, ready, or cancelled - 100% of the time and 100s of dollars. If you go to the store w/o being notified it isn't ready. Showing up in the parking lot expecting to jump the queue is rude to everyone. Until we're back to normal, the best thing is to go inside the store to shop if you are in a hurry. The Joann Fabrics in Augusta, GA has been swamped by online/pickup in store orders. They are doing their very best to fill them. Your order is filled after the orders in front of it. The stuff you're ordering is from stock for sale in the store, so someone going to the store to shop may buy all of it before your order is worked. It's the risk you take.

Tip for consumers:
If you need the items in a hurry go to the store to buy. Stores are swamped by online orders & they are filling in order of receipt. Before the pandemic, all of my orders were filled within 12-48 hours. It takes longer now.

I bought supplies to make masks and . The fabric is high quality. There's no elastic available anywhere so an employee sent me info on how to make one with ties vs elastic. Online orders are taking longer to fill due to much greater demands, but the store sends updates as it progresses.
