“Cosmetic prescription lenses”

I ordered these for Halloween. I wanted prescription lenses so I could see when wearing them. The company charged £30+ for 2pairs of lenses ( you can't buy 1 pair as each pack has two lenses of the same strength) and they went in fine, fitted fine but the right eye was very blurry making it impossible to walk around as normaI. I complained about this and received a ridiculous answer saying did I have it written by an optician that I can wear the lenses! Damn cheek when they promote these as safe to wear.
