In April I ordered a bedspread and 2 shams. I returned the bedspread. Later in the month the shams were delivered. I mailed them back. I received half a refund. Called several times and finally got a weird answer. The restocking fee was the price for one sham. How absurd! I reversed the fee to make them go away. Now they have recharged me the full $18.97 all over again for both shams. When does this nonsense ever end? What an unprofessional company Karma Fernelius

Products used: none. I returned both. Charged shipping fee because they sent bedspread first and then shipping for the shams. Who does that?
Do not use this company. You will be disappointed. Expected them at 9 AM. We had to call and see if they were coming. He told us they would now come at noon. Still no one. You can guess how the rest of the day went. No show at 3 either. By then after 10 phone calls later and no calls returned, we gave up. Very unprofessional company and basically they don't have a clue how to run a business.
They do not even deserve 1 star. Immediately sent back my ink pads. The colors were so drab. Been 2 months and no refund. Not an honest company. I'm out several hundred.
I bought a pair of shoes last April. After 2 months and not being able to get a hold of anyone, I filed a dispute. The shoes showed up in a plastic bag. Looked way flimsy. I refused delivery. I have yet to get a refund. Horrible horrible customer service.
