My husband and I both bought these watches and they BOTH almost never worked. They always glitched out and would always be very inaccurate. We demanded a refund, and when we returned both watches, they gave us our money back for only ONE watch. Now we're out one watch AND our money. They don't have a customer service phone number so we have to communicate via email. Which of course they just don't reply too. What a scam and a horrible business!
