I was thrilled by the terrific customer service provided by Ralph of K&B Distributors. I had a small problem after installing the faucet I ordered and he went out of his way to solve it. He was very kind, friendly and proactive. Fantastic service! I highly recommend this company. It's so rare to interact directly with an actual person these days. K & B distributors is one of the rare companies that actually provides personal service.
