After waiting over 3 weeks for my order I received a wrong item. I looked up the item, which is no where near what I ordered, and it was $22.50. I contacted the company and was given 48 hours to send pictures of the wrong item and all of the papers (ads, stickers, etc) to move to the next step. Then they informed me it would take an additional 4 WEEKS to get the correct item. They also told me I could keep the wrong item for $34. I responded by asking for a return label and a refund of the missing item including the tax and shipping related to that item. I asked for the information to be given to me within 48 hours. I also informed them that I have told my CC company not to allow any more charges from that company. If I do not get my refund I will dispute all charges.

The fact that they charge for tracking is a joke. They also show on their website only the high reviews and ignore the bad ones. They have no real resolution department and their business practices are a joke. Do NOT support this company.
