“Items are not as pictured refund never sent”

I contacted the company immediately on arrival of the dresses and they said I could return them and I paid to do that but 7 months later with multiple e-mails I still have not been refunded.

And while they say you can return but you have to contact them first! It's lie. They don't answer...
