June, 2020. As my order was 4 days late and still not arrived, I emailed customer service. I received a response 3 days later. Stating that there was "probably" a delay due to corona virus and it would not arrive POSSIBLY up to another 12 days. At the time of the response the tracking information stated it was in my hometown but yet Redbubble is stating POSSIBLE arrival in 2 weeks. I still have not received my order and have not received any response regarding money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wrote a previous review regarding a "missing" never received order. This company so far has delayed delayed and delayed any refund. They were so "generous' to refund the shipping cost but not the amount paid for items NEVER received. Do not trust this company!
