Ordered and cc charged 11/24/18. Item appears to be stuck in the same place in China since 12/08/18. Customer service says, "be patient". I not longer even want the item because of their poor service, and don't believe it will ever arrive. I just want my money refunded, period. Worst customer service ever. 1/28/19 Update. Money has been refunded to my cc acct. Don't believe that would have ever been accomplished were it not for sites like this one. Thank you!
