Return items were received at warehouse on 25th october.
On 7th nov items acknowledged to have been received on Contact Us, but no follow up.
Numerous contacts have been unanswered.
I have repeated information on numerous occassions.
I have had to resort to doing these reviews to get Deals to respond but no outcome., just more information.
Im over these stalling tactics, and the hopeless customer care contacts, they are useless.
I will not be buying from this company again, or any other company of theirs in other names.
I do not know what they are gaining, but have to wonder why customers have no means of contact to this company. NOT GOOD.

Tip for consumers:
Beware of companies that have no means for customer contact.
They have a "contact us" site which messages go unanswered, or all customer service does is ask for information and no follow up to finalize problem.
It goes on for weeks and in this case months.

First and second orders arrived, and none of the garments measrured the same, as per Pat Pat Size Chart measurements. Some up to 22 cm difference. Big problem.
First order refund/return an issue with the amount of photos contact with service - did not get anywhere with person on site.
Second order issues, got a new service manager Bren, who handled both issues with orders.
At no time did Pat Pat take any responsibility with their problem website Size Chart, but rather blamed the manufacturer who sells to them.
Finally an outcome suitable to me, and thanks to Bren finally who sorted out the problems to my satisfaction.
I have decided not to deal with this company again, as sizes /size chart/ measurements are the problem.
