My experience with Kencko started off rough because I received a message that my package had been delivered when it had not been. I reached out to the shipping company and then to Kencko to see what was going on, and they both just told me that it was showing as delivered. Kencko offered to send a new order, but by the time we got to that resolution the order arrived, 4 days after it had been "delivered". I had also been annoyed by the shipping time. It took 10 days for the package to be listed at delivered and then another 4 days for the package to actually arrive. A total of 14 days, and in my opinion too long long.

Fortunately for Kencko they actually make a great product and I may end up ordering again because of it. I have only tried the Matcha greens and crimson smoothies so far, but they are both so good. It's also super easy to make, and I added a video to show how easy it is. You just add you liquid of choice, add the powder, shake it up and then let it sit to thicken up. You can add in other things as well if you like. I usually add in some chia seeds and honey for filling and sweetness but neither are necessary. I went back and forth between 3 stars and 4 because of the shipping mishap, and since I ended up ordering an entirely different smoothie subscription, and that subscription arrived before this one, I'm going with 3 stars. If all of the smoothie flavors are good, then I may change it to 4.

I was actually surprised by how tasty the products were. I ordered 11 smoothies (doubled up on a flavor or 2 this time around). I also order 2 lattes and the mint chip ice cream which has a coconut base and is vegan. I haven't tried all of the smoothies, but I've had 3 so far and they have all been excellent. They have so many different options to choose from and you can order a minimum of 9,14 or 24 items per delivery. I went with 14. You can also pause deliveries whenever you want and restart at any time. I ordered on a saturday and recieved my order on Tuesday. I ordered a snack box from KetoKrate and received a box full of snacks. I enjoyed a majority of them, and the rest I gave away because I didn't like the flavors. The delivery was really quick. I ordered on a Tuesday and my snacks were delivered that same Friday which I really appreciate. They have a monthly subscription that is 39.99/ month, but they also have a box that they sell in their snack shop that is 29.99 and shipping is included with both purchases. It's a little pricey, but I believe the snacks are pricey on their own as well, since they are specialty items. This was my first purchase from them in a while because they are a little on the high side, but you can pause your shipments and still order the cheaper box from the shop.

Update: 12/9 The returns are super slow, and since I've experienced this before I know it's not due to the holiday season. Last week I checked the tracking and it showed that the item had been received, this week it says it hasn't. I don't have a screen shot from last week, but the one from today shows that, even though it says it hasn't been received, it was returned on 12/5. This site isn't bad, the clothes aren't bad quality, and the shipping time to receive the item is short, but their return and refund times are not great. Getting your refund will likely take 3-4 weeks. The only reason I think I got my refund quicker is because they saw my original review. Just for a timeline, (you can see evidence is the attached photo, but I created my label on 11/20, it went out that Friday 11/22, now it is 12/9 and still no refund or communication that it is being processed. My review will not go up again, but it may go down, depending on when/if I ever get refunded. They need a better system.

Update: I received my refund and someone from support reached out to help with it, So I'm editing the rating from 2 stars to 4.

I ordered some items from shein. This wasn't my first time ordering from here, but after my trial order went well I decided to order more things. 2 of them were good purchases, i order 2 sets of night wear and 2 other shirts. One of the night wear pieces ripped within 2 minutes of trying it on, not due to size because I had purchased the same item previously in a different color and it fit fine. The other was not true to size, one shirt was tight in the shoulder/sleeve area and the other shirt did not look the way i though it would. I sewed the rip in one of the night where pieces, so 3/6 wasn't that bad. However I can't return the too small night wear piece and the other 2 shirt I can. I sent them back with the prepaid postage last week on the day after Halloween and the tracking number shows that it hasn't even left the city where I shipped from. I'm not sure what is on the label, but It has been almost a week, and will probably be another week before I actually get a refund. On top of that there's no humans to contact only robots that don't understand your questions and say "I will take your feedback and continue to work hard" but my questions are left unanswered.

I ordered a bed frame last week on amazon, and the seller was also amazon. My item was said to have shipped and would arrive the following Monday. Monday came and my package did not. I contacted customer service the next day because, now it was saying that the shipment was delayed. This went on for 2 days and each time I called they said it would ship out the following day. By Wednesday end of day my package was still delayed, and this time when I called, they couldn't even locate it! So I wanted the order cancelled because I needed the frame by a certain day, and now I just need to order a new one. They wouldn't let me cancel the order. I was on hold for 30ish minutes, the guy on the phone was really nice, but in the end still told me that it would take a few days to process the cancellation and the bed may ship before it's cancelled, which would mean I'd be charged for it. Well it did ship before the cancellation was process, but this time I was able to cancel it on my own. This review is partly for that, but I wouldn't be writing this if this next bit didn't happen.

So I wrote a review on the experience I had with trying to get the frame, and it got denied. I'm assuming the reason is because it's not technically a review for the bed frame itself, however the experience I had trying to attain the frame is worth sharing. So since they wouldn't let me post it there, here it is.

Even though this experience with the frame is 1 star, they still get 3 stars based on my previous experiences and the last guy that helped me. I received credit (only valid for amazon sold products) and my conversation with him was probably the most pleasant customer service experience I've ever had. His name is Jaime.

I was charged for an annual subscription by mistake (july 24th), and when I contacted them to reverse the charges, and put me back on the seasonal plan, I was ignored. I had to contact the better business bureau and I'm still waiting on a response form them too. I doubt the materials in the box are really worth the amounts they advertise, and I can say that because I've seen multiple products from my previous boxes in marshals for less than $10, sure Marshall marks items down, but they were items I recently received not items I got 2 or more seasons prior.

They got back to me and issued a full refund. I will try the fall box and see what I get, but if I have any future issues I'm canceling. Just to be clear, I clicked on upgrade to select. Be very careful on their site, as clicking the button does not take you to a page with more information, instead it automatically charges you without indicating how much they are charging you for or detailing what select actually is. It's their annual membership. During my journey for a refund i read a lot of reviews about how they also charge you for what's in your cart if you leave it there once they ship your box. A couple costly problems with this site. I'll be sure to only browse when it's time to customize my box.
