I use to buy quite a bit at Home Depot, it was convenient had competitive prices and you could find just about anything there. Housewares, lumber, lights, garden, plumbing etc... but... they do not stand behind what they say. I just found out (7/5/21) that an 11% rebate I sent in (March) was declared ineligible after being informed in April that IT WAS eligible and I would be getting my rebate. Thing is (not many people know this) Home Depot will match Menards 11% off if they carry in their store the same item that is 11% off at Menards. That is why I went online and submitted the rebate to begin with. I was given the. Com address so I could submit. So, I send the info to them in March... end of March I get an email stating they received it... April I get another email telling me it is eligible and I will get my rebate in the next 30 days. It is now July and no rebate... so I log on to see if I can find out why and "surprise" now they are telling me its not eligible...! They claim it was ineligible because I didn't put down a rebate amount... "really"... I don't think so... it was 11% rebate worth over $40.00 AND that the receipt number that was given had nothing on it that was on rebate, (not in your store no) it was a matching 11% from Menards. So I paid more for the items at Home Depot because they told me I could claim the rebate as they match Menards 11% which put the item only a few dollars more then Menards which I was willing to accept to save me time by not having to leave town. I'll take the extra time and go to Menards, at least there you get your rebates. To add to the story it takes Home Depot about 3 months to deliver your rebate (IF) you qualify. You send it in and it takes them 30 days to let you know they got it... then another 30 days to let you know if you qualify... then another 30 days to get your rebate. I couldn't believe it but that is what it states right on the rebate site. I think they do that hoping people will forget that they ever sent one in so when the rebate doesn't show up they don't know because they forgot. Stay clear of Home Depot... it's what I call, DECEPTIVE SALES. And from what I have read on other sites I am not the only one who has had problems with them speaking out of both sides of their mouth. I'd take a picture of the sales slip and put it on this site but after 4 months I'm not sure I could find it.

I have had these liners for around 2 yrs now and called about them the day I put them in. The passenger side does not fit to the vehicle, and I found them to be very slippery when wet. I emailed the company, they asked for pictures, I sent the pictures and the gentlemen I was connected with said that is the way they are suppose to fit. I have over an inch of gap on the passenger side which makes the liner constantly move. What happened to "made to fit"... their motto...! I would never buy from this company again, they have made it clear to me that they care nothing whether their customer is satisfied, for the price you pay they should do better. Buyer beware and don't assume that because it fits your "friend or family" vehicle that it will work for yours. They say that it is digitally measured and made to fit your vehicle, but if that were true then I wouldn't have over an inch of slippage/movement with mine. But it does explain why they don't allow for "reviews" of their products on their web site. (unless I missed that on their site)
