Installed their wired system as Micro Center said their customers were having issues with the wireless. Regardless, got it installed and downloaded the updated software. The cameras function with the DVR... however, the website has to be accessed in order to set the system. Cannot access the website. Have tried to reset the password several times to no avail. Tried the online chat feature and spent hours following their instruction. Received an e-mail message telling me to call their tech services number... nice girl with a heavy oriental accent (American Made in their literature?). After an hour or so worth of trying to dialogue, she sent me a link to their password reset tool. Still does not work. At this point I have responded back to her/their e-mail address advising it says this e-mail is already associated with an account and will not let me reset or access. The product probably is O. K.; but, their 24/7 tech support really, really SUCKS... Will wait to see if I get any response... but, if not, am taking the cameras and DVR back to Micro Center for a refund. It is sad because I think the equipment is O. K. but does not function for me due to their crappy tech support. Recommend you try another brand; this one is no good!
Update: Received an e-mail last night from the same tech service rep... She advised to not fill out the e-mail address on the website access page... That worked and was able to gain access to the website, reset the password and am now able to work with the settings. The website settings are a little mystifying at this point, but maybe will learn to work with. The imagery looks good and was able to figure out how to limit the screen image to just the four cameras installed at this point (you move the cable connections around until you identify slot #'s 1, 2, 3 & 4 on the receiver). Will try to update again as I gain some better understanding of the website.
