We purchased an annual subscription. They channel lacks many of the normal streaming options, for example, it does not automatically take you to the next show. The channel just stops when the episode is done. When we cancelled the channel 6 months in, they told us thanks for the extra money, but we do not do returns. There seems to only be one employee, Suzanne. No one else there that a person is able to contact, either by telephone or email. Highly suggest you don't waste your time purchasing this streaming app.
