I purchased 2 tickets on monday for the kylie concert next year, i accidentally submitted the form twice and ended up ordering two lots. I was sent an e-mail from them asking me to contact the acounts dept asap. I spoke to a man who told me only 1 payment would be processed that evening. I checked my bank and no money was deducted, i checked again on the tuesday and the wednesday and still nothing removed. I rang the mobile number numerous times on wednesday and no-one picked up. I tried e-mailing and the e-mail continuously bounced back.
I have since cancelled my credit card so stop any payments being removed from my card by this company. I must have been one of the lucky ones who hasnt been charged. I have since managed to secure tickets from a more reputatble company and will still be able to attend the concert next year, but people like that who pray on people like this should be sent to jail.
