We have fallen for their scam operation and have tried multiple times to work out the delay issues in a professional manner to no avail. They just do not care about your project.

We agreed to give them the project on 8/19/21 with the completion stated as 50 working days MAX.

After waiting 7 months after the initial payment was made, we still have nothing to work with.

This company still hasn't delivered anything that we can use for market testing, only excuses.

Our recommendation: Avoid them, they are very professional till you've made the payment then it's nothing but broken promises.

Now that this has turned into a major heat case, all they want to do is talk on the phone again to cool off the situation which never resolves anything.

Last conference call, they wanted an additional $2500-3000 for a component that was in the original price quote that of course, they are denying.

Save yourself some grief and find a company that cares about your success, because they don't.

Forget about trying to get help from their support staff because you will not get an answer back for usually around a week or in some cases never!

Our Atomic Wallet froze up and would not update coin prices for days, so I tried to reach out to support on their official Telegram channel and got hacked for approx $20K in assets.

The weird thing is I never shared our 12-word seed phrase or our password with anyone which they claim is the only way someone can get to your assets…. That is not true!

It appears this was an inside job since we had our wallet opened on another screen and witnessed our assets disappear instantly. To make withdrawals, it would take time for the assortment of coins we had to be transferred out.
