Let's start with the fees for Buyers on County Tax sales Real Estate Auctions.
Bid4assets charges the Buyer:
A). $35 to register, for each county you want to bid on.
B). 10% buyers premium
C). Plus $35 handling fee for each auction you win.

Bid.4assets.com does not provide who the winning bidders are. They only show something in this type format k****3, j****q, etc.

There is virtually no customer support. If you are lucky to actually take to someone, it turns out that person is working from home with a scripted answer sheet.

Emails do get responded to on an average of 2-3 days. But those to seem from a script.

It is highly suspicious bid4assets blames it on the county for not making their winning bidder list public. However, I have called several counties, they stated they did not tell bid4assets to not publish the lists.
I obtained the winning bidder list directly from the counties that bid4assets said they wouldn't share.
Highly suspicious in regards to schill bidding.

This is a review for their Real Estate platform auctions.
They remove the listing immediately after the auction closes. I try to keep track of what properties go for, but Public Surplus will not supply you with a result sheet. Schill bidding perhaps? (remember they charge 8% of the final amount).
Also, their "chat" is a joke. You get some Moron that cannot comprehend any question that is asked. The support is fed a cut a paste reply.
Which site is worse Public Surplus or Bid4assets?
